One day in 1996 I created a commandline program for myself to avoid copying and pasting snippets of audio all the time in order to make so called “multi edits”. It evolved into a freeware Windows program that you can use to edit a single bar of audio in realtime. Feel free to download it and have all kinds of fun with it.
Fun facts:
- JunkieXL got this program from JPL and is now possibly using it!
- There’s a handful of official releases that feature edits made with this software. As far as I know, Dave Mendez has used it on some record. I personally used it on my 37Hz vinyl on Skydive Recordings and on the remix of “Leave” I did for Fruehbel on Xing Records. I also used it on the 37Hz mix of “El Tambor Alegre” by Project-X featuring Leonie, and on the Project-X mix I did for the DMC.

THANKS. WORLDCLASS PROGAM. I’LL ENJOY IT!
